My Brother Sam is Dead by James Lincoln and Christopher Collier
Tim Meeker doesn't know what to do when his brother Sam enlists to join the American Revolution. Sam's father doesn't approve; he supports the British. Tim knows, as the war progresses, that he will have to make some choices of his own.
